Title of Services: Consultant To Assist In The Development Of Common Law, Case Law Precedence And Development Of The Counter Trafficking National Action Plan (NAP) For Rwanda

The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) and UN WOWEN intend to hire Service Provider for the COUNTER TRAFFICKING PROJECT for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.

IOM and UN Women now invite Service Providers/ Consulting Firms to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services: Consultant to assist in the development of common law, case law precedence and development of the Counter Trafficking National Action Plan (NAP) for Rwanda. More details on the services are provided in the request for proposal document which will be available at the IOM office (details below) from Tuesday 16th January 2018, between 0900hrs and 1700hrs (with an exception of one hour lunch break between 1300hrs 1400hrs) for interested bidders.

The Service Provider /Consulting Firm will be selected under a Quality Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.

The Proposals must be delivered by hand to the IOM office address at IOM MHAC office 501 St., Kamatamu, Kabare, Gasabo Kigali (Near King Faisal Hospital) form 29th January 2018 before 1:00 p.m. No late proposal shall be accepted.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers/ Consulting Firms
